Our Collaborating Strategy is to help Seibo and Warmheartscoffee find out their partnerships which have a same vision to bring this B2C social enterprise further.
Our collaboration strategy is focusing on extending Warmhearts Coffee to other NPO, NGO and universiies.
Seibo-which is a social enterprise and those school's volunteer's club, NGO have a same vision: HELPING people. By doing collaboration, we hope we can reach the same GOAL: not only Malawi Coffee but also about human, culture exchanging, experience etc...
As you always know: people can not be success without the help of others. Collaboration enables us and other institutes expand our enterprise, learn from each others and also open up new channels for communication.
Our target customers here are absolutely university students and professors. Every universities have their own volunteer groups where students give back and help others. These are huge potential markets that we should be focusing on. By targeting these markets, we hope to get more and more young people know about Warmhearts Coffee - an amazing business and get more customers in the near future.
Recently, lots of universities offer their students travel program to experience life in undeveloped countries and help the locals there. This case can be considered as a win-win situation while students can observe and learn difference between culture, Malawi will be given more new ideas to develop from the young generation who came developed countries.
Above is "Diversity Voyage" of Toyo Univesity - one of a global universities provide these kind of programs.
We illustrate a successful NGO in Japan which we found really impressed!
Atsushi is a great example of observing things abroad then take action to help poverty by improving their education system.
His NGO: E-education is an interesting NGO that provide learning enviroment for children in undeveloped countries. His case also shows us why holding a trip for university students is crucial. That is not only a about destination but also about local story and connection between the give and the take!
