On November 18th, 2023, the caminos class of 2024 took a field trip to the Bob Bullock Museum in Austin, Texas. That same day, they were asked to create something reflecting on what they learned, reflections which became their "Bullock Museum Reflections" Zine. Check it out in our Zine Archive!
The Bob Bullock Museum is a great history archive in Texan history. As of January 17, 2026, the Camino class of 2026 were able to imbelish on some of those discoveries. We visited eras from pre-historic, pre-colonial, post-colonial, Coauhila y Texas, and present. All important factors in the making of such a state like Texas. We had a great time communicating with each other the relevance of learning and conserving present history to deal and discuss on current matters of America.
The journey was blissful, fun, and a great way to start the new year. We are so grateful for the invite as well as being able to watch and reflect on the Bob Bullock film 'Shipwrecked' as well as eat and work at zines at the illustrious Star Cafe.
