I’m passionate about helping clients feel better, move with confidence, and achieve long-term wellness. My holistic approach to physical therapy goes beyond just addressing the injury; I consider how factors like sleep, nutrition, emotional well-being, and lifestyle all play a role in your overall health and recovery. By looking at the whole person, I create personalized treatment plans designed to support you in feeling your best—inside and out.
During the school year, I work full-time as a physical therapist for the St. Vrain Valley School District, helping students of all ages access their school environments and participate more fully in their daily routines. Because of this role, my availability for private clients is limited during the academic year—but I continue to see a small number of clients and offer sessions during school breaks and non-student contact days.
Some of the conditions I love treating include:
Headaches
Back Pain
Neurological Conditions (Parkinson's, stroke, balance, nerve pain, concussion, cerebral palsy, and more)
Balance Issues
Pediatrics
Preventative Care
TMJ/Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction
Posture Concerns
Vestibular Conditions (e.g., BPPV, dizziness, balance difficulties)
Chronic Pain
Orthopedic Conditions (injuries, sprains, pre/post-surgical rehab, and more)
As a generalist, I’m experienced in addressing a wide range of conditions. If you don’t see your concern listed, feel free to reach out—I’d love to help!
One of my favorite tools for enhancing recovery and pain relief is dry needling, a highly effective technique that improves mobility and reduces discomfort. This tool is just one part of my holistic approach to treatment, which considers the whole person—not just the injury.
Not sure if I can help? Let’s chat—I’m happy to discuss your specific needs.
