Unlike private sessions, you don’t need a partner at the same skill level. Just show up, and we’ll make sure you get a great workout.

While Syd is not currently accepting new ongoing private clients, she occasionally opens up a limited number of sessions to fill cancellations and gaps in her schedule. These are rare opportunities for new clients to get on her schedule—or for current clients and patients to book extra sessions.

✅ Optional Upgrades: Duet (+$20), Add Dry Needling (+$20), or Physical Therapy Session (New: +$70 / Current: +$40)

This 45-minute contemporary mat Pilates class, led by physical therapist and certified Pilates instructor Syd, is designed to strengthen and lengthen every muscle—big and small—building a balanced, resilient body. Whether you’re powering through Boot Camp, Kickboxing, Rebel Groove, or simply tackling daily life, this class will help you move with confidence, stability, and ease.
