Pilates Workshop for Climbers
Strengthen from the inside out. This focused Pilates workshop blends core conditioning, balance training, and mindful movement to help you feel stable, aligned, and confident. Expect intentional exercises that build lower-body strength, improve posture, and refine coordination. Accessible to all experience levels, with plenty of modifications and progressions—so you can meet your body exactly where it is and leave feeling empowered and strong.
