Please instruct the homeowners to have the trash and recycle containers out the night before our pickup day of Tuesday .  Homeowners may call our local office in Round Lake Beach at 847-693-2700 for any questions they may have – we have a live , friendly , knowledgeable 3 person customer service staff happy to assist ( including Spanish speaking ). I have instructed staff that if homeowners call in for different size equipment they are to speak to their HOA.  We greatly appreciate your patronage ; we will do good work for Asters on Almond .  Sincerely, Nancy
