Our normal weekly maintenance day is on TBD unless there is a holiday or a rain day.

Our current Contractor for Landscaping and Snow removal is:
Architerra (Architerra, Inc. | 239 U.S. Highway 45 Indian Creek, Illinois).
Residents should not contact the contractor for issues / questions, these should be directed to the board via email.

Snow
Cleaning snow from Driveways, parking spaces, cul-de-sacs, fire lanes and sidewalks on the premises after a 2 inch snow accumulation.
