February 27, 2025: Evidence Collection

VP Instructional & Academic Support (HLC ALO), Director of Assessment & Accreditation, Director of Library met to discuss evidence collection for the new 10-yr cycle. All agreed that the SPOL platform would be a great option if approved for AY27.

• Director of Library - will research alternative archival systems

• Director of Assessment & Accreditation - will schedule meeting with Student Success to discuss capturing minutes, committee charters, and ASUPR process.

• VP Instruction & Academic Support - will communicate with Academic Coordinators on capturing minutes and training.

March 27, 2025: Evidence Collection

• Director of Library - created a "key words" document based on Strategic Plan, Mission, and HLC criterion. These key words could be used to "tag" evidence pieces including minutes. Not all units are familiar with HLC criterion, so we will focus on Strategic Plan and Mission key words when meeting with staff and faculty.

May 12, 2025: SSLT Meeting

• VP Instruction & Academic Support and Director of Assessment & Accreditation met with the Student Success Leadership Team to discuss evidence collection and ASUPR Program Review pilot project. Finanical Aid and Shocker Transfer Accelerator will be particpating in the AY26 pilot.

May 25, 2025: Campus Update

• Launched new hlcdos@wsutech.edu ticket system

June 3, 2025: Evidence Collection sub-committee

• met to discuss new ticket system tracking system
