The monthly report provides divisional status division information that can be helpful with data conversations when meeting with faculty 1-on-1 or staff meetings. There is a landing page with cumulative statistics for the entire academic year. For more specific information and monthly statistics, you will see buttons for each month.
Curious as to who I have been meeting with? “Month” page includes meetings and activities associated Program Review and OAP planning and analysis. Also includes a list of outcomes that have been added to Canvas per requests from faculty for the purposes of creating rubrics and future data collection.
CQI Tracker tool – A link to the tracker can be found in the “CQI Tasks Status” section of the monthly report. You will see status by individual program including performance level if available. This can be helpful when facilitating individual programmatic conversations involving improvement opportunities for assessment analysis, data analysis, semester snapshots, and program review reporting.
Data Stories: What can ALT do to assist with...
AY24 Data Collection efforts - For AY25, data will be focused on outcomes, primarily SLOs & PLOs. Many programs are also aligning rubrics and quiz questions with CLOs. Currently, Shelby tracks every CRN that has a designated assessment via a spreadsheet. Last year's spreadsheet had 2780 rows!
AY24 OAP Analysis - We can only analyze the data that is collected; however, lack of data tells a different story! Assessment - Data & Reporting
AY25 OAP Planning – Beginning in AY25, OAP planning will occur during the Program Review process. Activities include:
curriculum mapping
reviewing PLOs and CLOs – determine if program/course revisions are needed
3-year data analysis (annual analysis will continue)
OAP for the next 3-years - will allow for time needed to create/modify assessments and complete Canvas tasks.
