1 Education and Career Trajectory
The picture on the left shows your education and career trajectory. In this section, you will find useful tools to help you discover your purpose and aspirations. These include career interests, skill confidence, work values, and learning styles.
2 Career Decision Wheel
The career decision wheel is a useful tool, which helps you to consider a variety of factors to make informed education and career decisions. The career wheel can be divided into external (top half) and internal (bottom half) factors.
The external factors include:
Labour market information (e.g. job demands, trends in the job market etc.)
Experiences in school/internship
Educational requirements; and
Significant others (e.g. parents, teachers, siblings, community leaders etc.)
The internal factors include: Values, Interest, Personality, Skills/Strengths. An easy way to remember these factors is using the acronym VIPS.

3 Career Interest and Skills Confidence - RIASEC Test
The RIASEC test is a vocational personality profiling assessment tool created to help individuals identify their preferred interests and faciliate job role selection.
RIASEC is an acronym that stands for six dimension: Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising and Conventional.

4 Personality Tests
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) assessment is a personality tool. The questionnaire is made up of four different scales: introversion or extraversion, sensing or intuition, thinking or feeling, and judging or perceiving. One letter from each category is taken to produce a four-letter test result representing one of sixteen possible types, such as "ISTJ" or "ESTP".
