This is a stand-alone programme which is suitable for individuals who wish to

undertake training under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005. Individuals who

complete the required training programme & assessment can apply to the

Local Licensing Board and, as long as certain criteria are met, a personal

licence is issued.

No prior knowledge needed.

Duration 1 day course

This is a stand-alone programme which is suitable for individuals who hold a personal licence with the Local Licensing Board and require to complete the mandatory 5 or 10 year refresher training course as prescribed under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005.

Current Personal Licence Holder.

Duration half day course

This is a stand-alone programme which is suitable for individuals who wish to undertake training under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005.

No prior knowledge needed.

Duration 2 hours or 3 hours with exam
