Easter Candy Sale

Pick up will be March 28th in the IHM hall from 2:30 to 3:30. Payment will be due upon pick-up. If you are paying by check, checks should be made out to All Saints Church.

Weatherly Ministerium Community Lenten Service  

Wednesday March 18, 7 pm at OLOL. Ecumenical Lenten Service and refreshments afterward. All are encouraged to attend and participate.

March 17 – PREP – grades 1-8

March 20 - Lenten Food Sale – will be held on Friday, March 20 in the IHM hall from Noon to 3 PM or sell out.

March 21 – First Penance

March 22 – Presentation on the Mass – mark your calendars for March 22 at 6:00PM when Ron Byer will have a presentation for PREP students, their families and any parishioner or community member who is interested in attending. It will take place in All Saints in McAdoo.

Religious Education News 

Any children in our parish who are now in kindergarten should register for PREP by April 1st. Register by calling Grace Smith at 570-582-8706.

First Penance Service for 2nd year students will be March 21.

Next PREP class will be March 17th for grades 1-6 at the Parish Center at 4:15PM.

March 24 there will be PREP class for 7th and 8th grade in All Saints Church as part of Confirmation Retreat. It will be held at 4:00PM.

Little Angels Pre-School is now accepting registration for the 2026-2027 school year. Registration forms can be acquired by calling Grace Smith at 570-582-8706 or Patti Ervin at 570-929-1073.

Ministry Training Days

We are looking for volunteers to attend a training session on Mental Health Ministry and/or Disability Ministry that are being offered by our dioceses. Both sessions are at St. Joseph the Worker Church, Orefield, Pa. from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. On Tuesday, April 21, 2026 the session will be on the Mental Health Ministry and on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 it will be on the Disability Ministry. Clergy and volunteers are encouraged to attend to gain foundational knowledge about disabilities and mental health, and to explore practical ways to remove barriers so parishes may be places of true welcome and belonging for all. These events are free, but registra-tion is required by April 17th. Please direct all questions to Maggie Riggins, MRIGGINS@ALLENTOWNDIOCESE.ORG

Please make any checks for our parish made payable to All Saints Parish. Although we have two worship sites, we are ONE Parish. The bank returns any checks made payable to Our Lady of Lourdes.

Special Thanks

• A heartfelt thank you goes out to the Grega Family for hosting the first Sunday in February Social Hour at OLOL, which was enjoyed by everyone. Many thanks to those who donated the delicious food and baked goods as well as those who helped before and after the event. This would not be possible without our parish family's help and volunteering. May God Bless You!

• We would like to thank the FCSLA – the First Catholic Slovak Ladies Association for their donation of $600.

• Thank you to Gerard Grega for facilitating the acquisition of a pizza oven for Church of all Saints. 

• Thank you to McAdoo Machine Shop for making and donating the bracket for the cross at St. Michael’s Cemetery in Tresckow.

• The Green Chasuble for All Saints was donated by Tommy & Carol Pellock In Memory of John & Elizabeth Pellock.

• Thank you to John and Michelle Caravella for the generous, continued donation of water for Parish functions held at OLOL.

• Thank you to Rick Hoffman of R H Construction of Weatherly Rick and his employees have been doing maintenance of the St Joseph Parish Cemetery in Laurytown at no cost to the Parish. We appreciate his time and services in maintaining this sacred resting place of our earliest parishioners.

• All Saints Parish would like to offer a very heartfelt Thank You to the Thomas and Stritz Families. The money received from their estates will help the parish make many needed improvements. There will be a mass offered in Thanksgiving for their generous donations early next year.

Because We Are Catholic (BWAC)

Because We Are Catholic final report for the 2025 campaign for our parish is as follows:

Parish goal: $17,780.00

Total collected: $14,180.81 with 93 parishioners donating

Thank you for supporting this most important project in our diocese. It helps many organizations that are in need within the Allentown Diocese.

The Missionary Sisters of the Most Precious Blood NAP, Shillington PA, lead the congregation in prayer and song in multiple languages at Our Lady of Lourdes in Weatherly. The sisters prayed and prayed in Korean, Lingala and Swahili.
