Paw Pads for Hands and Feet, Bloom Version and EA Vanilla Version

REQUIRES: Ambitions DLC, CmarNYC's XCAS core mod expansion

My fuzzier sims have always been lacking pawpads until now. This adds a new full body tattoo in CAS labeled, more for my testing purposes than anything else, with pink for females and blue for males. There is a version for those using Bloom's Sexy Feet and a version for those who use EA's Vanilla feet which are also labeled in game; both can reside in the same game at once, but mix-matching the feet type and then expecting the tattoo to work across the board is most definitely not recommended. This tattoo must be set to 100% scale, but can be recolored and made opaque/translucent till your heart's content.
