Leopard Spots Makeup

You can’t have a cheetah without some facial spots. Already made a spotted fur overlay, and always wanted some nice face spots!

This does not rely on an EP to look right, unlike the other one. There are rosettes around the cheeks, forehead, and the edges of the face. Teen through Elder, males and females, not valid for random.
