Once a month I meet with 1-2 students per class in grades 1-5 to discuss how they can be technology leaders in their classroom. We meet durring their lunch and discuss problems they see happening and how they can help. I also showcase new features of technology their teachers use in the classroom so they can help their peers make the most of these tools. 

If the students have something they want to learn about specifically I make sure to provide time for that topic.
