To gain interest, inspire, build relationships, and communicate with teachers, I post Tech Tips in bathrooms for some toilet reading. My goal is to keep these simple, but share big ideas in easy to execute ways. There are many conversations that I have with teachers that start with "I saw your poster in the bathroom and was thinking..."

I also send out weekly updates via email with learning opportunities, updates, and time sensitive information.
To build community, and encourage positivity, I started a weekly Shout-Out email to the staff at Pattie Elementary. I had a spread sheet that staff could edit through the week thanking each other for help and support, sharing great things that they saw others doing in classrooms, and rooting each other on. On Thursday afternoons I would move the entries into an email and send them out.
I also celebrated successful coaching cycles with certificates of achievement posted to classroom doors. This allowed me to celebrate a teacher's success while also advertising to other teachers.
