Situation
To reinforce learning from a company brochure, I was tasked with creating an interactive activity that allowed learners to apply the concepts they had just reviewed using branching scenarios.
Solution
I designed a short branching scenario that presented learners with a series of decision points related to metro network strategy selection. Because real-world network planning often involves multiple acceptable solutions, I adopted a "Good, Better, Best" approach. This allowed learners to see that while some options may be technically correct, others align more closely with customer needs.
Tools: Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate Storyline, Synthesia AI

Below are some examples of the scenario.
