"If you don't succeed, try, try again."
Who am I?
I've always seen myself as someone willing to try (almost) everything once. My skills are varied, but I contain knowledge in many areas and am not afraid to ask questions to learn more.
In my spare time, I learn different tools, methods, and theories within the Instructional Design/learning and development field.
What people don't see behind the scenes are the hours and time I put into everything I do. From brainstorming, researching, drafting, designing, and developing, I commit myself to completing the projects I create.
I go through many trials and errors, but I use those moments to teach myself how to solve problems (in more than one way) and reflect back on what I learned. If there's one thing you should know about me is that I always try to succeed, no matter what.

People often ask why do I want to be an instructional designer. The simple answer is I like learning. I like to make learning feel less of a chore and more of an experience.
In my mind, you remember experiences more than you remember someone telling you information that may be very important but makes no connections to your past, present, or future experiences.
I always tell everyone that learning is what you make it, and instructional design does just that. At the tip of my fingers, I can create an experience that reaches hundreds of people - thousands even! And maybe at that moment, it may seem insignificant, but it brings change, like learning always does.
