Situation
During my internship, the Education Services department began exploring the use of GIFs to make learning materials more dynamic and visually engaging. However, many team members were unfamiliar with how to create GIFs using the tools they already had access to, such as Microsoft PowerPoint. This knowledge gap limited the team’s ability to quickly incorporate GIFs into course content.
Solution
To support the department’s adoption of this new media format, I created a short instructional video demonstrating how to design and export GIFs in Microsoft PowerPoint. The video served as a quick, accessible resource that my manager could share with team members to streamline the learning process and encourage creative experimentation.
Tools: Camtasia, Microsoft PowerPoint
