- Gain insight into the school community.
- Build meaningful relationships with school staff and stakeholders including, but not limited to, all staff, students, parents, and community members and partners.
- Identify academic areas of strengths and areas of growth.
- Work with leadership and support staff to collaboratively develop a school-wide, cross-curricular literacy plan.
- Establish professional learning communities to guide staff development activities and meet achievement goals for the academic year.
