Non-Ashkenazi Y-DNA Haplogroups from Sample Set

The methodology used to compile information for these analyses yielded results for 28 men who do not belong to a haplogroup with an Ashkenazi Y-DNA cluster, primarily within haplogroup N:

The presence of these SNPs in the sample set likely result from over-inclusiveness in the methodology used to gather the sample set. Further results and information may, however, show that, for example, the N-BY50724 line entered the Ashkenazi population some time ago.
