Recorder

After several years of tuneful singing, beatful movement, and artful expression, third grade students apply their learning to the recorder.  Through their study of recorder, students develop the fundamental skills required to play an instrument, read music notation, and improvise on an instrument.  

Learning recorder is a big step for students.  It requires responsibility, perseverance, and patience.  Students share their hard work and progress at the end of the school year with a themed concert.
