ASB Directors

Description: 

The Photographers (2) play an integral role in ASB for promoting its presence in the School of Dentistry and the broader UCLA campus. They work to capture and document all ASB related events and projects. 

Responsibilities: 

• Taking headshots of ASB cabinet and committees

• Being a vital part of the ASB team and helping out when necessary

• Upload Photos in a timely manner for usage by other members of the UCLA SOD community

Description: 

The Digital Media Director (1) will work with the ASB cabinet to create flyers, posters, and other announcements. They will also coordinate with the Social Media Director to streamline social platform engagement. We are looking for someone with experience with Canva, Instagram, Photoshop, and other editing and design platforms.

Responsibilities: 

• Designing announcements that would be helpful to the student body

• Editing photos and videos for social media platforms

Description: 

The Social Media Director (1) will work with the ASB cabinet to post media content for ASB, such as advertisements for social events, capturing and documenting all ASB related events and projects. They will also coordinate with the Digital Media Manager so announcements are posted efficiently to maximize audience engagement.

Responsibilities: 

• Brainstorming content that would be helpful to the student body

• Creating simple videos using zoom to demonstrate how to perform various axium/knowledge functions

• Upload any media created for future usage

• Attending ASB events and taking photos for the website and for school distribution

• Creating content for the ASB YouTube channel and Social media channels
