WELCOME
It began as a shared vision, rooted in our dedication to serve the student body at Augustana University. Though we come from different backgrounds, we were brought together by a common goal: to create a campus where every student feels called and empowered to lead, learn, and thrive.
From the start, we knew our mission would be guided by Augustana’s core values: Christian faith, service, the liberal arts, community, and excellence. Inspired by Lutheran principles of openness, inclusivity, and the common good, we set out to gather the voices of students, faculty, and staff from across campus. What emerged is not just a plan but a collective vision; a true collaboration of ideas that reflect the hopes and aspirations of our community.
This strategic plan is built on a foundation of innovation, community spirit, sustainability, and the enduring commitments of the Augustana Student Association. It’s not only about solving the challenges we face today, but about creating new opportunities for growth and success for every student.
As we look to the future, we are filled with excitement and hope. With your support, engagement, encouragement, and prayers, we believe this plan will guide Augustana into a bold and vibrant future, ensuring that each student is empowered to reach their full potential.
