There is a lot of natural light. The loft is on the 2nd floor and there is a freight elevator for moving in and out. There is an ac/heat system that you control. There is a laundry room and interior parking. While the area continues to "improve", it still retains that arts district vibe of unkempt creativity. There are only a few lofts in the building, a gallery and artist work spaces. It's truly an arts building.

The space has been used by various creative people over the last 20 years, such as artists and designers, photographers, composers, filmmakers and entrepreneurs.
