ARTIST LOFTS
These spaces range from 1800-2500 sqft, are a block or two from the Soho House, Toy Factory and Biscuit Company lofts and many of the coffee shops, restaurants and galleries springing up on the edge of the arts district of downtown Los Angeles. The lofts have skylights, windows, wood floors, sandblasted double-truss ceilings, AC and heat, and a large bathroom and kitchen area. The kitchen amenities include a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher and garbage disposal. There is a laundry room and freight elevator in the building and secure interior parking. All your pets are welcome. There is ample interior and exterior parking for tenants and visitors.
THE BUILDING
This 1910 industrial warehouse building at the end of a quiet street has a handful of creative and entrepreneurial tenants. The location is private, the atmosphere is friendly, and the area is safe and completely secure. This is a true artist space. The spaces are very large, beautiful and relatively inexpensive. If you would like to roll back the clock a few years to when you could still actually be creative in a space and run a business out of your loft, then this could very well be the perfect building for you.
GALLERY
There are also two huge spaces on the ground floor of this rugged building. The spaces have AC, heat, two bathrooms, big windows, offices along with huge area that flow into one another. The walls and ceiling are plaster and the floors are concrete. There is more than adequate lighting and power for a variety of uses. There is a ground floor roll gate on the main street that opens to the lobby/loading area and a side loading entrance along the alley. This is a versatile and beautiful location for being creative.
