We are a private home with wonderful facilities that we choose to make available on a limited part time basis to those looking for a unique birthday celebration. Come and enjoy that we have done the cleaning and yard work for a beautiful setting for your party. We hope that you will respectfully enjoy and care for our property and follow our safety rules.

PARTY ROOM which has a sink, stove top, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, restroom, Foosball Table, and Air Hockey Table

Many parents choose to bring their own candy filled pinata. We have a pole to hang it from the swing set.
PACKAGES AND OPTIONS
HORSE RIDING Party 1 WE PROVIDE:
One-on-One hand-led horse rides with staff
30 minutes time ahead of party for decorating
2 hours use of our facilities during the party
One party host and One staff for up to 60 Minutes of hand led Horse Rides for children with a signed waiver; parents are allowed to take pictures. Parents are responsible for care of other children not riding.
"Your Time" for eating and opening presents
Use of party room with games, tables and chairs, microwave, oven/stove, refrigerator, freezer, cupcake tree -- under your supervision.
Use of outdoor facilities (excluding pool) and games -- under your supervision.
Up to 20 minutes time after the party for guests to cleanup
Up to 6 participants plus the birthday child
A parent/guardian of each child must sign a waiver for the child to participate in a horse ride.

HORSE RIDING PARTY with Craft
Choose Horse Riding Party 1 or Party 2 plus we provide:
An extra 60 minutes at our facilities including:
One instructor and the materials* for a craft project which you choose in consultation with staff. This creates a "favor" that each child will take home.
(Some parents choose to bring a gift item to be painted such as a wooden decor item or a bobble head. This is at the expense of the parent. We will provide all the painting supplies.)
*Clay craft projects require a fee for the clay

Here is a suggestion of how your party may be planned:
Upon arrival, children may play on the outside playground or indoors (with the foosball and air hockey tables).
Then begin your party with the One-on-one horse rides for about 60 minutes. The birthday child or a guest may get started while you wait for other guests to arrive. Children waiting for their turn on the horse will be able to play games.
When all the children have finished rides, we begin the craft project (about 45 minutes) that will create a gift to be taken home by each child. You will choose the project when booking, based on the age and interests of your guests.
Finish up with your time (about 45-60 minutes) to eat, open presents, or whatever you have planned. Please have another adult to help supervise children during your time. Staff is available "on call" during this time to help with things you may have forgotten or need.
A parent/guardian of each child must sign a waiver if the child participates in a horse ride.
YOU PROVIDE:
Food and Drinks
Decorations including tableware and any decorative table cloths (we provide white plastic tablecloths)
Waiver signed by parent of each child to ride horse/pony
Supervision of children during the last 45 minutes to hour of "your time"
NOTE: You may arrive 30 minutes early to set up and are responsible to clean up all that you bring. We are sorry, but we need to enforce an overtime use fee. Those taking more than 20 minutes to clean up will be charged an additional $20.
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS:
Additional horse time--$20 per horse for 15 minutes to allow for more riders or longer rides
Extra Time at our facility indoors or out (pool excluded)--$20 per 1/2 hour under your supervision
Extra supervision during games, indoors or out--$15/half hour; extra art teacher $40/hr
Pinata--we purchase and fill for you--$35. Gratis--You may bring your own and borrow our stick to hold it from the upper story of the playset.
Substitution of activities--we are happy to be flexible
Games: volleyball, relay races, charades, bocce ball, giant Jenga and corn hole (no additional charge)
Cupcake tree (no additional charge)
Refrigerator, freezer and oven available (no additional charge)
Pop up shade cover--$15
Waterballoons ($10 for 35 filled and ready for games)
$35 We provide one horse themed tablecloth plus extra white cloths and matching tableware for 16 including cups, dessert plates, napkins, forks and spoons. Additional $8 for dinner size plates.
You may choose to bring in caterers, balloon artists, and more as long as they have their own insurance coverage.
Our activities work best with the suggested number of children and our neighborhood home site is not suitable for large groups that have many more adults than children.
For all party packages, parents may arrive up to 30 minutes early to decorate. After the party time finishes, you have up tp an additional 20 minutes to finish cleanup.
If the weather is too hot, too cold, or rainy, we have plenty of space to accommodate up to 12 children indoors plus seating for some adult guests.
We do not schedule parties on Sundays
No smoking or alcohol allowed on premises
SAFETY RULES:
All guests are asked to stay on the grass play area and not go out to the horses unless invited or escorted by staff.
Feeding horses and climbing on fences are not allowed.
Two weeks advance notice is required and no date will be reserved until you have put down a non-refundable cash deposit of $80.
(We understand that unforeseen circumstances can cause the need to cancel. If you cancel with time to book another party in your time slot, you may receive a full refund unless a guest ranch booking was turned down because of your party.)
