Hornet nest
bionic lampshades the collection hammered of aluminum 1 mm gauge

Blender 3D it needed to develop the the model, to concider the intermediate jig and count the material.
intermediate stage
assembly jig it was necessary to design unfolding outer framework to set parts fitting each other and then to remove the assembled product from it. Why the jig? The work with complex texturized surface is more difficult than work with smooth, when you need regular shape of the object. You need to control the shape in different stages.
transmutation of hte metal
painting there were just about 16 thinnest layers of acrylic glazes to portray the old patination of copper.
