Create a BMI Report

1. Menu>Log

2. View the Date range in the Recent Log and Total Log

   • If it contains the correct dates move to next step

   • If not, press the Open button

     • Select and open the log that contains the desired date range.

3. Press Create BMI Report Button

4. Enter in the Start Date and End date

5. Press Create Report

6. Press Save Report to File

7. Enter the report name and Press Save

Create a Spot Report for Reconciliation with 3rd Party Traffic

1. Menu>Log 

2. View the Date range in the Spot Log

   • If it contains the correct dates move to next step

   • If not, press the Open button

     • Select and open the log that contains the desired date (The log will contain dates and times up to the date modified time)

3. Press Sort Spot Log by Date or Sort Spot Log by Cart # Button

4. Click and Drag to highlight the desired data

5. Press View Selection

6. Press Export Selection

7. Name and Save the file to the desired folder

Recent Log

Displays all events played, as well as, closures received & software messages since Xtreme was last opened. 

Total Log

Displays all events played, as well as, closures received & software messages for an extended period of time. When the log file reaches a certain size, the date is added to the file name & a new log file is created. 

Plain Log

Displays the same information as the other logs in simplified language. Does not contain all of the information support techs require.
