The submission process will be structured in two phases: Phase 1 and Phase 2. Both phases are included within the early-bird period, provided that the submission is accepted. Phase 1 will conclude at the end of October 2025, and Phase 2 will conclude at the beginning of March 2026. Submissions will be reviewed on a rolling basis as they are received. Organizing the process into two phases is intended to facilitate a more efficient evaluation and response timeline.
