Reindeer Detention Center

It is a sad, sad, day when Winterland's residents find out about the devastating actions of the Reindeer on a wintery evening. Santa Claos himself found out how three rebellious reindeer, Vixen, Dasher, and Dancer had rampaged through the facilities of Winterland, even escaping for a date night at Universal: Horror Unleashed, which scared the monsters away, rampaging the surrounding nonexistent Area 15. Because of the Vegas heat, the three reindeer, three fat reindeer after eating extra helpings at every restaurant (including Omega Mart), became very sickly and were to be punished in due time. Winterland's Reindeer Detention Center was created for the naughty reindeer as a punishment and a reminder to all other reindeer that you should never, ever, go and scare the poor monsters in the other lands...

Well, that's the story of how it goes and why three poor reindeer live in this vast, high-ceiling enclosure for viewing (They DO fly, they're just nervous to do so when guests can be seen). The reindeer are perfectly taken care of in perfect space, given the best food and best climate in Winterland. Is this really a punishment for the fat reindeer pictured above?
