The following page lists the relevant open spaces to our project including the northwest entryway, the west rooftop garden, east green roof, patios, and the amphitheater.
The northwest entryway, located where the current driveway to Lot P416 exists, will be re-landscaped to resemble a Japanese tea garden inspired to create a welcoming, zen atmosphere while entering the building complex.
The west rooftop of our building will become an expansive communal garden and seating area, letting the default rooftop remain clusters of plants with interspersed pathways.
The east green roof will be an inaccessible green roof with skylights open to the learning and commuter spaces below.

A cohesive design for three patio settings: southern covered first floor, southern 2nd floor open air balcony, eastern covered first floor. Consisting of both lounge and study spaces as well as shady and sun spaces with neutral tones and wooden furniture to match the interior rooms.
Our miniature amphitheater provides an outdoor space for clubs, classes, and events to be held. Having a partially surrounded space allows for more privacy while having the amenities of the building close by.
