Airline Pilots fly passengers or cargo on long or short-haul flights for leisure, business or commercial purposes.
There is no greater feeling than soaring above the clouds on a day-to-day basis and getting to call that your profession. There are multiple paths to becoming a professional pilot. I chose corporate aviation (to fly high and satisfy my “need for speed”) and flight instruction (because I have a passion for teaching others how to become proficient and confident pilots). A few friends chose the airlines. Both paths can be fulfilling, and I will share the process, challenges and rewards.
April brings years of Aircraft Charter and Flight school experience to JATO Aviation. As the Chief Pilot and CEO, she has over over 4000 hours Pilot-In-Command time. April founded JATO Aviation in 2004 with the goal of creating a better way to train pilots based on a standardized training structure. She has a particular interest in promoting safety in aviation and developing best teaching practices.

Julio Martinez provides service to customers' vehicles at their homes or places of business. His job includes upgrading vehicles to be ready for Full Self Driving (FSD), and providing customer education or diagnosis of customer vehicles to provide the service that may be needed.

A Machinist uses blueprints, sketches, or computer-aided design (CAD) and manufacturing files to produce precision metal parts. They set up different types of equipment that are controlled by computers for their work in order to accomplish goals with accuracy while also maintaining high levels of production rates..
Having been in the navy for just over 6 years, Juan has been deployed 3 times overseas. Juan has been to 19 countries around the world and his favorite place is Norway. He's done humanitarian relief (2017 Puerto Rico). As an engineer, he has worked on multiple pieces of equipment including: Elevators, A/C units, Diesels, Outboard engines, Elec/Hyd Steering SYS, Elec/Hyd Winches, and more. Juan is a certified Journeyman Mechanic in Elevators, Hydraulic Systems, Outboard Engines, and Diesels. Juan is also a graduate of San Jose State.
