The main duty of a group exercise instructor is to lead exercise programs. But it doesn't involve just working out in front of the group. Instead, the trainers must ensure that each member learns all the workouts properly, and if anyone falls behind, the trainer must give them extra attention so they can match the pace of the rest of the group.
