As a flight attendant for United Airlines, Michelle's primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and security of the passengers in addition to creating a comfortable travel experience. She works with her crew to manage any onboard emergencies including medical emergencies, assessing security threats, and any other variety of difficult situations that may transpire. In the 16 years she has worked for United she has traveled the world, trained hundreds of flight attendants, and made life long friendships.

Bakery managers supervise baking staff and ensure that all bakery operations run smoothly. They take inventory of baking supplies, resolve customer complaints, and address poor staff performance.
As the founder and owner of Sibby’s Cupcakery, Sibby oversees all aspects of the bakery including recipe development, customer service, inventory, budgeting, staffing, training, IT, marketing, philanthropy — and of course product testing. She also decorates cupcakes as much as she can. In 2024, Sibby's will celebrate their 20th anniversary. Before pursuing her passion for baking full-time, Sibby worked in advertising for 10 years.
