Every birth is sacred and one-of-a-kind, carrying its own blend of ache, awe, and a kind of holy joy.  My goal is to support each family with calm, personalized care rooted in reverence for the birthing process. With experience in VBAC, hospital, and home births, I honor birth as a natural, physiological event—and also a deeply holy one. I believe the female body is wonderfully made for this work, and that belief shapes how I teach and support my clients. I’m especially passionate about the role of nourishment and movement in the prenatal and postpartum seasons, helping mothers care for their bodies with intention, strength, and gentleness. As modern life has distanced us from traditional support systems, I aim to help fill that gap by offering compassionate educational, emotional, and physical care through birth and early postpartum.

After I assisted my first two births, I knew I had discovered my passion and I wanted to serve moms! My own varied experiences in childbearing enhanced my desire to support moms in the most vulnerable time of life. My passion is to make the time of birth as easy and comfortable as possible.

My desire is to be a support and empower you during your prenatal, birth and postpartum experience. I want to serve you by massage or by bringing you food or a drink. You were not meant to walk alone. 

With a heart full of compassion and hands ready to serve, I bring a deeply nurturing presence to every family I support. As a Christian, my faith is the foundation of my care, guiding the way I love, listen, and walk alongside others. I'm passionate about supporting women (and the whole family!) through pregnancy and beyond, offering not just care, but confidence through thoughtful education and unwavering encouragement.

Having experienced seven of my eight births naturally, I understand firsthand, the strength and surrender that birth requires. I believe that knowledge, compassion, and support are the keys that help women enter birth with courage and serenity. My calm nature, deep listening, and genuine love for this work shine through in every interaction.

Birth, to me, is one of life’s most transformative experiences—raw, sacred, and deeply human. From the first contraction to those tender, hazy postpartum days, I bring calm steadiness, gentle humor, and a deep respect for each family’s unique story.
