The school information management system or SIMS holds both physical and cloud servers for secure data storage. Access to the system is controlled and managed by the SMIS team. Parents access only the grades on view only basis. Teachers access their marksheets for mark entry. Supervisors access and record behaviour and view grades. The system is locked after a certain timeframe for added security.

These platforms have strict access control for students, parents, and administration. Both systems comply with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation (General Data Protection Regulation).
Other digital learning and teaching platforms in use are Turnitin, InThinking, Kognity, Snowflake and other online IB online softwares. Safety, security, and confidentiality that are already implemented by these platforms are reinforced by the school digital learning and bring-your-own-device (BYOD) policies and procedures.
HR and Finance department both use cloud-based management software, Diamond to maintain employee records and is accessed only by their team.
