Crisis Cleanup is a telephone operation that permits victims of natural disasters to request assistance with such tasks as removing trees that have fallen on their houses, mucking out debris, etc. Volunteers are trained to complete work orders that will be made available to volunteers and charitable organizations who will do the work. Volunteers work from their own homes and on their own volunteer schedules. If you are a member of the Apex Stake and are interested in volunteering, contact Jennifer Despain of the Apex NC Stake to find out when the next training will take place.
