The Finale was more of a medium update to Apeirophobia. It's split up into 2 parts due to the developers having to deal with real life issues. It added part 1 of Level 24 and added a new entity to Level 22. There really isn't much added with this update since it's split into 2 parts, but it did add something at least. The Finale part 1 was released on September 30th, 2023.
The Party Jelly is the only entity residing within Level 22 and is the second entity in all of Apeirophobia to not kill you. It starts off as a simple jack in the box. It just sits there doing nothing until you get at least within mediocre distance from it. Once you do get close enough to it, it will begin to wind up for about 1-2 seconds and then start to shake violently. It will then open causing a purple jellyfish to float out and then flashbang all who are nearby once the jellyfish gets out. Once this happens it will disappear and spawn somewhere else randomly around the map.
The Memory Worm is the only entity residing within the first part of Level 24. It gives you around a 5 seconds head start and begins to give chase in the metro. Though this isn't the same metro that you saw when in the vent in Level 23.1. Due to the size of the Memory Worm and the size of the walls in the first part of Level 24 it will constantly get stuck on each gate. However it doesn't stop and quickly breaks down the wall. And begins to give chase once more. Breaking absolutely everything that is in it's path in the process. The Memory Worm also doesn't seem to have an end to it. It just forever expands in the darkness of the Level.
Level 22 is the twentythird level of Apeirophobia, taking place in a 1980s styled mall with a plethora of colors and textures. This level is a direct reference to Level 3999 of the backrooms wiki fandom. It has no entities and plays an 1980s arcane theme. This level is pretty big, but is very hard and confusing to navigate due to the color scheme. It's also devoid of most furniture that you would normally see within a mall. Nothing special here though. Though this updated added the new Part Jelly entity to this level.

In this level you must find the exit. The exit looks like a white glitchy void with a red exit sign above it.
Level 24 is the twentyfifth level of Apeirophobia, taking place in an underground metro full of decommissioned train carts, train tracks, pillars and gates. The decommissioned train carts are your main obstacle within the first part of this level. Currently Level 24 just serves as another Level 6 but instead with a giant worm chasing you. However it just goes in a straight line, but also has gates that must be opened in order to go into the next room. Due to this being a chase and not a "do whatever" level, there is 2 levels on the right side and left side of the gate that must be flipped down in order for the gate to open. Each room within the train tunnel is separated by said gates. Some rooms are different than the previous. For a few examples one room is fully gold with no obstacles, and others are just normal dark train tunnels with decommissioned train carts. Once you make it to the end of the level you will be put in a waiting area for the second part of Level 24.

Keep on running through the level, opening all the gates to progress and jump into the hole leading into the darkness at the end of the level.
