June 6th, 2022 is when Apeirophobia got its first update called The End Update which added 5 more levels: Level 6, Level 7, Level 8, Level 9 and Level 10. In word form: !!!!!!!!!!, The End?, Lights Out, Sublimity and The Abyss. The End Update also introduced 3 new entities which are: Cameraman, Skin Stealer and the Titan Smiler. While also updating the look of already existing entities which are: Bacteria/Howler, Starfish and the Hound. Each new Level and Entity being unique in their own way. The Titan Smiler appears on both Level 6(!!!!!!!!!!) and Level 10.(The Abyss) But on Level 10 he’s worse because he’s set to free roam with a AI bug.

The Phantom smiler is the first jumpscare entity to be added to Apeirophobia. It looks like a poorly drawn stick figure with a face representing of a smiler. This Phantom smiler can only be seen by the targets. Basically meaning that whoever gets jumpscared by it, nobody else can see it but the person who got jumpscared. Due to the Phantom Smiler being a 2D Billboard GUI you can only see what is seen in the image. When the Phantom Smiler spawns, it will be in a small radius around you. Once you look at the Phantom Smiler it will invert the colors of your screen, a loud sound will play, and it will zoom into the Phantom Smiler. after about 1 second the screen will go back to normal and the Phantom Smiler disappears. The Phantom Smiler does not do any damage or kill you and is just used as a sort of hallucination/phantom. It is also theorized that once jumpscared will attract any nearby entity.
The Howler is also known as the bacteria due to the Howler being inspired from Kane Pixel's Found Footage entity. The Howler looks like a wired anomaly with a strange bear trap type mouth. The Howler wanders around the endless plane of Level 0. While wandering it is very slow. As soon as it gets sight as you however it will chase you down and won't give up until it catches you. The Howler is smarter than most entities as even by turning sharp corners it will still know where you are.
The Cameraman is another is aesthetically similar to the howlers design however the Cameraman has a old recording camera that would typically be used for filming movies. If the Cameraman spots you it will start screaming very loud while also shooting out multiple EMP sort of blasts that disable sixth sense if equipped, slow you down and blur your screen. If you are to close to the Cameraman when it screams your eardrums will explode killing you in the process. This also alerts the Howler of you location.
The Starfish resembles a regular starfish, although it has a glossy black, with a tint of purple on it. It's redesigned model now looks more like an actual starfish. If you look extremely closely, this entity contains plenty of thorns on its skin. It's design could have been inspired by The Crown of Thorns starfish. The Starfish behaves similar to the Howler. It will chase Players on sight, although it is far less loud in doing so. It does not emit a shriek when it spots a Player, and it is much more quiet when walking. The Starfish is also generally slower when it is pursuing a Player, and it also appears to be a bit more dumb. It can easily be lost by taking sharp corners around walls, as it gets stuck very often. This entity is the 2nd entity to retrace players. It has worked the same since first released.
The Hound greatly resembles a humanoid and a dog at the same time. Though, despite not having any ears, it can hear and/or be attracted to noises; near and far. Though resembling the aforementioned humanoid, it has been noticeably deformed and drastically changed. The color of the entity also applies to it as it was mono-black.The Hound roams around the entirety of Level 3, by the progression of the player(s), but usually tend to be near their prey. As it will go to areas it deems important, that greatly signifies that this entity is sentient, but has low-intelligence. The Hound, despite lacking any ears, uses hearing as it's main way of locating and killing players. It can hear if the player is walking, running, jumping, etc., however it can not hear crouch-walking. The range in which it can hear these sounds is different depending on both the difficulty and the noise made, with running and jumping being the loudest, being able to hear these on the opposite side of the second phase of Level 3 on Nightmare difficulty. Whenever the Hound makes a growling sound, it is echolocating. If any sound is made, regardless of where the Hound is on the map, it will rush to the area to where the noise originated from. It has been changed after July 29th, 2022.
The Skin-Walker is a pale white creature, with glowing white eyes. When it kills someone, it takes their entire appearance, although it still remains their circular glowing eyes when it takes their appearance; though, this can also be used to identify them or make this as an adequate advantage. Another way to identify them is by the absence of a camera. Players usually contain a camera on the right side of their waist. The Skin-Walker behaves like a casual entity, patrolling the map for unsuspecting victims. When in close proximity to a player, it will try to behave like a regular player, often idly standing by them or linearly walking around. If the victim gets too close, it will immediately start pursuing them, either losing them if they get away, or killing them. When the Skin-Walker kills a player, it will take on that player's appearance, from accessories, to clothes, to even skin colors, with the only distinguishable difference being the aforementioned glowing eyes, lack of camera, and quirks in its behavior. It can also whistle out to people to take the image of someone else. The best thing to do to fend off a Skin-Walker is by staring at it, however, this makes it harder to navigate Level 5 as a whole if it is pursuing you specifically. If it is not disguised, this tactic will become inconsistent as the Skin-Walker may not recognize you staring at it as often as if it were disguised.
The Skin Stealer is a tall, human-like entity made of human skin, with sandy tan skin color and misshapen limbs. It has holes on its face to try and mimic that of a human's, but has a glowing white left eye that illuminates a beam of white light in front of it, which makes it easy to spot around hallways. The Skin Stealer is yet another basic entity. It patrols the map looking for players to kill, but unlike many other entities, the Skin Stealer appears to have a sense of where players are, and will constantly roam the halls near them, but if in a group, it'll go to one player at a time, roam near them and then go to another. This entity is also deaf, which means that you can't distract it by jumping, running, walking, etc, although it will react to whistling. (This is most likely a bug) The Skin Stealer is one of the faster entities, similar to the Hound. It is also a bit smarter as it locks onto players far longer even if they turn a corner. It is essentially designed to kill players as soon as it sees them. If it sees a player going into a locker or vent, it will take them out and kill them. Camping the lockers if the entity is close by is key. It's easy to escape and outrun easier difficulties, but on harder difficulties, it's an instant death. It will likely go back to its spawn after killing a player, unless there are more players alive.
Titan Smiler appears to be a colossal-sized humanoid with a creepy, glowing face and disproportionate limbs with huge arms compared to legs. It’s another sad result of a destroyed concept of running around all alone in yellow rooms. Titan Smiler has two behaviors, separated by each level it appears in.
Level 6:
In Level 6, Titan Smiler will continuously ravage the hallways in a linear path, the same one the Player takes. It is constantly slowed down by clutter in the hallway and has to break through it to progress allowing spare time. It will not completely stop at all though, so if the Player falls far enough behind, it will catch up, and tear the player apart. There is also a bug which if you do, you end up behind it, and if it reaches the end, you can walk through it to reach Level 7.
Level 10:
In Level 10, Titan Smiler acts as a more casual entity, patrolling the giant parking area. If it spots a Player, it will chase after them very quickly. If it spots them entering a locker, it will rip them out of the locker, and kill them. However, both of them will camp a single player, this makes it easy to win on multiplayer. If it does not camp a player in a locker, they'll roam near the exit doors instead. As soon as you spawn, Titan Smilers will immediately start heading to where you spawned, so it's advised to move away from where you are at. These entities also retrace the players steps, so its not advised to go back where you came from.
Level 4 is the fifth level of the Backrooms, taking place in another pool-like setting. The level itself is a sewer system. This is the 3rd easiest level in the game as of right now (this could easily change by the next update)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The objective of this level is to escape. After going through the series of long hallways and rooms, the Player will find a glass-floored maze. Simply just stay as close to the left, and you will eventually find a hallway that leads to the exit.
Level 6, generally alluded Level RUN FOR YOUR LIFE is a very, very lengthy hallway, based on Level ! from the Backrooms Wiki. Level 6 is also the seventh level in the game.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To escape, the player must run straight through hallways and avoiding obstacles while running from the entity.
Level 7, based on The End is the 8th level in Apeirophobia. It's the first puzzle level the player encounters in the game.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The objective of this level is to solve puzzles and clamber around vents. In the first area, players need to go around the map, looking for colored balls on the various shelves. They need to remember the amount of each color the balls appeared as. (A good way to keep track of these is to type each color you find in the chat, like 'green, green, blue, red, purple, orange', and remember, the amount of a colored ball goes before its priority number).
The player then needs to go to the terminal and go down the list of the colors on said computer. The list will match colors and a correlating number to each other. The player will need to go down the list, and begin forming a code. If the color has appeared at least once, they will enter the amount of the color, and then the assigned number of the color. The player must repeat this process going down the list. If the code is correct, the terminal will spit out a four-digit code for the keypad in the back of the room. Entering the given code will unlock the door.
Through the door, there is a small maze leading up to a vent opening in the ceiling with a ladder hanging from it. After a small bit of crawling through, the player will reach a smaller library, this time with three books: an Entity Book, a Level Book, and a Research Book. One of these books holds two entire pages of code which are used unlock the next 4-digit code door. After that, the player will need to go through another vent section. Once they're out of the vents, the player will find themselves in a room with a computer and a vent. Type in "y" on the computer to initiate a process, and the vent will open. Crawl through the vent, which leads back into the main library and a now-opened gate that leads to Level 8.
Level 8 is the 9th level in Apeirophobia. The Skin Stealer patrols this dark and dreary level. This is currently the 3rd hardest level to complete in the game as of right now.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Like every other level, Level 8 has Players looking for an exit. The Players must navigate from Area 1 to Area 2. They will do this by traversing past the dining room. After this, the players must once again navigate to the northwest corner of Area 2 to find a vent that takes them to Level 9. The room with the vent has a red light in front of it, so look out for that one light.
Level 9 is the 10th level in Apeirophobia. It is yet another pool level, containing no major threats aside from drowning, and is the 2nd easiest level to complete in the entire game as of right now.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Player must simply navigate to five colorful but also dull slides and attempt to climb through them. They will then be transported to Level 10.
Level 10 is the 11th level of Apeirophobia. This is the second hardest and most unfair level in the entire game, making it somewhat hard to complete by yourself, unless you have extremely good luck in attempting to make an escape.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The objective of this level is to unlock the roof shed and exit through it. There are four roof sheds, one on each corner, and only one of them acts as the real exit, meanwhile, the others are fake exits. Even if the key "unlocks" the lock, the door itself will not open, and the character should say: "Uh... the key won't fit" or "It won't budge". This means that the door is a false or collapsed exit and cannot be entered. Each respective shed has a lock, and the player needs to find a glowing, random colored key that spawn on the front of the lockers located around the map, these keys glow yellow and should be easy to spot.
