THE CREATION
The Le Mort family experimented on the possibility of different non-human hosts for the Anyrii. Often times resulting in failure. Dr. [ REDACTED] started the Eden Project, a genetic modification project centered around taking the best traits of mammalian species and creating a hybrid that essentially was capable of hosting Anyrii.
The experiments was ended after an anomalous creature nicknamed Amagabunns were formed and distorted the features of the hybrid body. It fed on the wisps of the Anyrii but had no complex intelligence found within humans. Their intelligence was similar to that of animals that knew how to use basic tools such as sticks and rocks but with the skittish demeanor of aa prey animal.
