Песенный материал
Песенный материал, как один из компонентов межкультурной компетенции должен быть способен отразить образ и различные стороны жизни в стране изучаемого языка. Песня на уроке иностранного языка дает большой толчок детскому творчеству. Легкий и повторяющийся текст в песне способствует не только быстрому выучиванию самой песни, но и возможности придумывания ребенком собственной песни на основе изученной.
Использование песенного материала предусматривает формирование аудитивных навыков и умений у учащихся начальных классов. В связи с этим, руководствуясь принципами отбора песенного материала (по Солововой Е.Н.), а также списком общих тем уроков английского языка для начальной школы, выделен следующий список песен для изучения обучающимися.
