Summary and Suggestions 

The purpose of participating in SEA Teacher teaching practice are :

• a) Help me to develop my teaching skills including (lesson planning, classroom management, communication with students, assessment, and problem solving), 

• b) Provide hands-on experience in teaching in a real school or classroom environment. It helped me understand classroom dynamics, adapt to the actual situation, and face challenges in the classroom

• c) Provides an opportunity for reflection and self-monitoring. I can evaluate what works and what needs to be improved in my teaching practice.

Before I do my teaching practice in class I do observation in the first week, Class observation can help understand the various needs of students, including learning styles, levels of comprehension, and individual challenges. This can help me design more effective lesson plans. 

In the second week is teaching assistant and developing lesson plans, in this week I help teachers teach in class such as controlling students when the lesson is going on, in this week I also develop lesson plans according to the topic that has been determined then the lesson plan will be given advice by my cooperating teacher Kru' Mye. I also prepare learning media that I will use in the classroom.

In the third week is teaching practice in primary 1 normal program class, I teach in the classroom according to the lesson plans I have made accompanied by my cooperating teacher Kru' Mye. In this week I also get a teaching assessment evaluation from my mentor teachers, this assessment is done while i am teaching in primary 1. The suggestions from my mentor teachers really help me in developing my teaching skills in the classroom.

• a) Improved me to understand classroom dynamics, adapt to the actual situation, and face challenges in the classroom

• b) Improved my teaching skills including (lesson planning, classroom management, communication with students, assessment, and problem solving), 

• c) Provides an opportunity for reflection and self-monitoring. I can evaluate what works and what needs to be improved in my teaching practice.

• d) Improved comprehension of different cultures, languages and societies. Helped me know a deeper insight into the world.

• e) Improved my English language skills during my teaching practice . 

The most challenging thing I found is that a lot of students don't understand English, so I use media, games and songs that can help strengthen students' understanding of the material. Sometimes students also tell me in Thai but I don't understand what they mean, so I ask my cooperating teacher to help me translate it, haha !!!. I love my students because they are very obedient and also listen to the lesson well when I do teaching practice.🤗❤️

I would first like to thank you for allowing me to be one of the participants in the 9th batch of SEA Teacher. Thanks to this program because I have learned a lot of meaningful and helpful experiences. This program really helped me to improve my teaching skills in the classroom. 

This program is very helpful for us education students besides we can develop our teaching skills in the classroom, we also get a lot of new knowledge about culture, language, and local wisdom in Thailand. We can improve our English language skills. This program is very well organized so that I don't have any problems during the activity. " Khop Khun Kha 🙏"

Suggestions for the SEA Teacher program in the future is that I hope this program can last for 2 - 3 months, because 1 month is not enough to do teaching practice in the classroom. Yesss !!! ❤️
