These terms are an agreement between you and the developer of Dragless ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Dragless, you agree to them. If you obtained the app through the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where the two conflict, these terms govern to the extent permitted.
Dragless is a motivational quit-smoking companion: a habit tracker, a virtual cigarette simulator intended as a craving-replacement ritual, a 30-day behavioral program, and a breathing tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not nicotine-replacement therapy. Savings figures and the in-app "health" score are motivational estimates, not measurements. If you need medical help quitting smoking, consult a healthcare professional.
Dragless depicts cigarettes and smoking in the context of quitting. You must be at least 17 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use it. The app is intended for people who already smoke and want to stop; it is not intended to introduce anyone to smoking.
Some features require a paid subscription ("Dragless Pro"), offered as auto-renewing weekly or yearly plans.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged the renewal price within 24 hours before the new period starts.
Manage or cancel anytime in your device's App Store subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Previous purchases can be re-activated with "Restore Purchases" in the app's Settings.
Prices may change; you will be able to review any new price before it applies to you.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Dragless on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, in line with these terms and the App Store terms.
You agree not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its content; not to interfere with its operation; and not to use it in violation of any applicable law.
Data you enter (quit date, habits, name, contract signature) stays on your device and remains yours. See the Privacy Policy.
Dragless is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will help you quit smoking, that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data will never be lost. Back up your device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You can stop using Dragless at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end availability of the app or any feature. Sections 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence where mandatory consumer law applies, and otherwise by the laws of the developer's place of business. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.
