Retrola — Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the mobile application Retrola
("Retrola", "the app"), distributed on Google Play under the package name
retrola.nathanlinshuo.com and on the Apple App Store, and developed and
published by TidalAurum, LLC ,shuo lin

1. Data we collect
We do not collect, transmit, or store personal data. Retrola has no accounts,
no login,
and no servers of our own. Your photographs, videos, and settings stay on your
device.
2. Camera, microphone, and photos
Camera and microphone access are used only to take the photographs and record
the videos
you choose to take, and only while the app is in the foreground. Photos you
import are
selected by you through the Android photo picker; the app receives only what
you pick.
Images you export are written to your device's gallery. All image and video
processing —
filters, effects, adjustments — happens entirely on your device.
3. Purchases
The Complete Edition is a one-time purchase processed by Google Play Billing
(or by Apple
on iOS). We never see or store your payment details. The app asks Google Play
only whether
this device's account owns the purchase.
4. Third parties, analytics, advertising
Retrola contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics SDKs, and no tracking or
advertising
identifiers. Internet access is used solely for Google Play Billing and the
optional
Google Play in-app review prompt.
5. Children
Retrola is not directed to children under 13 and collects no data from anyone.
6. Data retention and deletion
Because we collect nothing, there is nothing for us to retain or delete.
Deleting the app
removes the photographs it stored on your device.
7. Changes
Any change to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated date.
