ButtMax Privacy Policy

SUMMARY
ButtMax has no accounts. You never create a profile, and we never ask for your
name, email address, or phone number. Almost everything the app knows about you
stays on your iPhone.
There is one exception, and it is the important one: when you choose to run a
BootyScore scan, the photo you select is sent to Google's AI service so it can be
analysed. We explain exactly what happens to it below. If you never run a scan,
no photo ever leaves your device.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. There is no
advertising or tracking software of any kind in this app.
1. WHO WE ARE
ButtMax is published by TidalAurum, LLC.

2. WHAT STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE
The following is stored only on your iPhone, in the app's own storage. We cannot
see it, and it is not backed up to any server of ours.
Your onboarding answers. The goal, target shape, training experience, focus
areas and timeline you pick when you first open the app. These shape your
program and are also included with a scan so the assessment is calibrated to
someone at your level.
Your workout history. Which sessions you completed, when, and the movements and
sets in each one.
Your scan results. The BootyScore, the sub-scores for shape, fullness, symmetry
and tone, the written summary, and the suggested focus areas.
A small thumbnail of each scan photo. This is a downsized copy, kept so your
progress history has something to show next to each score. It stays on the
device.
Your settings. Whether haptics and voice coaching are on.
All of this is removed when you delete the app.
3. THE BOOTYSCORE SCAN, AND WHERE YOUR PHOTO GOES
The BootyScore scan is optional. Nothing else in the app depends on it.
When you take or choose a photo and tap Analyze, the app sends that single photo,
together with the goal and experience level you selected during onboarding, to
Google's Firebase AI Logic service, which runs the Gemini model that produces the
assessment. The analysis comes back to your phone as a score and written
feedback, and that result is saved on your device.
What this means in plain terms:
The photo is transmitted to Google for the purpose of producing your assessment.
We do not store the full photo on any server we control. We do not have a
server that receives your photos.
We do not use your photo to train any AI model, and we do not permit it to be
used that way.
Only the small thumbnail described in section 2 is retained, and it is retained
on your device, not by us.
Google processes the image under its own terms as our service provider. You can
read how Google handles data sent to Firebase at

If you would rather no photo ever left your phone, simply do not use the scan
feature. The 28-day training program, the guided sessions, the exercise library
and your workout history all work without it.
4. CAMERA AND PHOTO LIBRARY
The app asks for camera or photo library access only at the moment you start a
scan, and only so you can supply that one photo. It does not browse, read, or
upload anything else in your photo library, and it does not access the camera at
any other time. You can refuse or later revoke this permission in the iPhone
Settings app; the rest of ButtMax continues to work.
5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENT
ButtMax Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple. Your payment is
handled entirely by Apple. We never see your card details, your Apple Account, or
your billing address.
To know whether your subscription is active, the app uses RevenueCat, a
subscription management service. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier
generated for your installation and the purchase receipt information Apple
provides. It does not receive your name, your email address, your photos, or your
workout data. RevenueCat's privacy policy is at

The app also uses Apple's DeviceCheck through Firebase App Check. This confirms
that requests to the AI service really come from a genuine copy of ButtMax rather
than from someone abusing our service. It involves an Apple-issued device
attestation token and no personal information.
6. WHAT WE DO NOT DO
We do not use any advertising software.
We do not use any third-party analytics or attribution software.
We do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not ask for
permission to do so.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone.
We do not read or write Apple Health data.
We do not require or offer an account, so there is no password to lose and no
profile for anyone to find.
7. VOICE COACHING
The spoken coaching you hear during a workout is a set of audio files recorded in
advance and shipped inside the app. Playing them involves no network connection
and sends nothing anywhere. Your microphone is never used; the app does not
request microphone access.
8. CHILDREN
ButtMax is a general fitness app intended for adults. It is not directed at
children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If

9. YOUR CONTROL OVER YOUR DATA
Because your data lives on your device, you control it directly.
To delete an individual scan or workout, open the Library tab, press and hold the
record, and choose Delete.
To delete everything at once, delete the app from your iPhone. All scans,
thumbnails, workout history, onboarding answers and settings are removed with it.
To manage or cancel your subscription, open the iPhone Settings app, tap your
name, then Subscriptions.

we will help.
10. LEGAL BASIS AND REGIONAL RIGHTS
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our lawful basis
for processing the scan photo is your consent, given when you choose to run a
scan, and you may withdraw it at any time by not running further scans and
deleting the results you already have. Our basis for processing subscription
information is the performance of our contract with you.
If you are in California, we do not sell or share personal information as those
terms are defined by the CCPA and CPRA, and we do not process it for cross
context behavioural advertising.

deletion of, any information associated with your use of the app.
11. A NOTE ON WHAT THE SCAN IS
The BootyScore is an assessment of glute training development, produced by an AI
model from a single photograph. It is a coaching signal, not a medical
measurement, and ButtMax is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or
prevent any condition, and it is not a rating of appearance or attractiveness.
12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If we change how the app handles your information, we will update this page and
change the date at the top. Continued use of the app after a change means you
accept the updated policy.
