Quiz Solitaire Privacy Policy

Quiz Solitaire (the “Game”) is provided by DEVELOPER OR LEGAL COMPANY NAME (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you play the Game, view advertisements, make purchases, or contact us.

1. Information we handle
Game data on your device. The Game stores information such as level progress, coins, hints, preferences, tutorial completion, and purchase entitlement status on your device. You do not need to create a game account. Device or operating-system backup features may also back up local app data under your platform settings.
Advertising data. The Game uses Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform. These services may process your IP address, approximate location inferred from that address, advertising or app identifiers, app and device information, advertising interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. This information supports ad delivery, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention. Availability and use of advertising identifiers depend on your platform, permissions, and privacy choices. Analytics data. The Game includes Unity Analytics. Unity may process technical and usage information, such as device and installation identifiers, IP address, device and operating-system details, and session or app usage information, to provide analytics and help us understand how the Game is used. Purchases. Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple's App Store through Unity In-App Purchasing. The Game receives purchase information such as product identifiers, transaction or receipt information, and ownership status to deliver and restore purchases. We do not receive your full payment-card details. The applicable store handles payment information under its own privacy policy.
Support messages. If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to provide. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
2. How information is used
We use information to operate the Game, retain your progress and preferences, provide purchased features and rewards, respond to support requests, understand usage, diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Advertising providers also use information to deliver and measure advertisements, including personalized advertisements where permitted by applicable rules and your choices.
3. Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by Google for advertising and consent services, Unity for analytics and purchase integration, Apple or Google for store transactions, and our email service provider when you contact us. Providers may process information on our behalf or for their own disclosed purposes, depending on the service.
We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect legal rights or investigate fraud or security incidents. The advertising data exchanges described above may qualify as “sharing” or a “sale” under some privacy laws even when no money is paid directly for that data. Applicable rights depend on your location.

4. Advertising and your choices
The Game displays interstitial advertisements and offers optional rewarded advertisements. Purchasing Remove Ads disables interstitial advertisements; optional rewarded advertisements remain available. This purchase does not disable analytics or all processing by third-party SDKs.
Google's consent service may present privacy choices depending on your location and the configured messages. You can also use your device's advertising or tracking privacy controls and Google's privacy controls. Limiting personalization does not necessarily stop all advertisements or all processing needed for ad delivery, security, and measurement.
For help exercising a privacy choice or withdrawing consent, contact us at the email above. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. This policy does not treat merely playing the Game as consent to optional data processing.
5. Retention and deletion
Local game data generally remains on your device until you clear the app's storage or delete the app and its data. Backups may persist separately. Deleting local data can erase progress and preferences, but does not cancel purchases or delete store transaction records.
We retain support correspondence and other information under our control for as long as reasonably necessary to address your request, maintain relevant records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the purpose, sensitivity of the information, and applicable requirements. Ad, analytics, and store providers apply their own retention practices as described in their policies.
To request deletion of information under our control, email nathanlinshuo@gmail.com with the subject “Quiz Solitaire Privacy Request.” We may request information reasonably needed to identify the relevant records and verify your request. Please do not send passwords or full payment details. We will explain any applicable retention exceptions or limitations. Requests relating to information controlled independently by a provider may also need to be submitted to that provider.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain advertising-related sharing. You may also have the right to complain to a local data protection authority or appeal a decision on your request. Contact us to exercise applicable rights. We will handle requests within the time required by applicable law and will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising them.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on providing the services you request, legitimate interests such as security and support, legal obligations, or consent for processing that requires it. The appropriate basis depends on the activity and jurisdiction.
7. Children
CONFIRM BEFORE PUBLICATION: intended audience and minimum age. Do not publish a claim that the Game excludes children unless this matches its actual audience, store declarations, and SDK configuration.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information in connection with the Game, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action under applicable law.
8. Security and international processing
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, but no system is completely secure. Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own, where privacy laws may differ. 9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Game, service providers, or legal requirements. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.
