Literature Review

The current literature review uses twelve additional resources in addition to the previous literature review. It covers methods that have worked, ones that could have been done better, and how the lessons will be applied to my innovation plan. Also, there are some questions that haven't been answered that have caused some gaps in research. Finally, included in the review are some questions that I would like answered in the future.
