What's Your Why?

In this assignment we are to create a "WHY" statement that will help us promote our innovation plan. It needs to speak to the heart as well as the mind. We also want to great a sense of urgency. We are to include "HOW" and "WHAT".

Simon Sinek says in his TED Talk video, "People don't buy what you do, they buy why you do it."
