View from throne sees countless virtues
well-honed skills, service to realm
Work found to be well-done,
till Royal hand well-pleased
Puts six-orbed band on head oft clad in helm
Many are the hats worn by good Tegan
But six are the pearls on this hat, so witness six
Drawn here by court summons, six-in-one:
Worthy the woman made up of this mix
1st, gone are foes felled by her spearwood
Call her seasoned WARRIOR steadfast.
Underestimate her at your peril
True her aim when stinging spear is cast
2nd, not just fighter but COMMANDER
All of Northern Atlantia heeds her call
She points the army’s way to battle
By her guidance does the king’s wave fall
3rd, justice is her trade, so name her COUNSELOR
Scholar of legal history and lore
4th, we find her fingers nimble
She is CRAFTER of cords and banners, knots and more
5th we know her as a TEACHER
Of law and sports and making, skill-gold shared
And 6th our Tegan sings at fireside
BARD she is, with voice both true and fair
In each of these is Tegan’s bearing gracious,
Thus add one more, at royalty’s behest
So witty, quick and deft in working
You know her as Tegan, now call her BARONESS
Done by King Christoph and Queen Adelhait This 7th day of August, Anno Societatis LIX at Pennsic War.
